At The PAC, we’re redefining what it means to train with purpose. Our facility is built for individuals of all training levels who are serious about results — and even more serious about community.

Small-Group Training, Elevated

Our small-group classes deliver the best of both worlds: the energy and motivation of a group setting, combined with the personalized attention you'd expect from one-on-one training.

Each class is intentionally capped to ensure every member gets hands-on coaching, form correction, and individualized progressions tailored to their fitness level and goals. Whether you’re working on your first pull-up or chasing a new PR, our coaches meet you where you are and push you forward.

You’ll move, lift, sweat, and grow — all alongside a team of like-minded individuals who motivate and support each other. It’s that class feel you love, with a personal training touch that keeps you progressing.

  • Every class is programmed and led by experienced coaches who specialize in functional fitness, strength training, and athletic performance. They don’t just run the class — they coach every individual, ensuring your form is safe, your effort is dialed in, and your progress stays on track.

  • With limited spots per session, our coaches have the time and space to provide real-time feedback, make personalized adjustments, and offer encouragement that’s actually personal. You’ll never feel lost in the crowd — but you’ll still feel the energy of the group.
